If I want to extend/refinance my cash advance online loan in a state that allows it, what is the deadline to submit this request?
All extension/refinance requests for payday cash advances must be made the day before your loan is due no later than 5:00pm EST for accurate processing. If you request an extension/refinance for payday cash advances after this time your request will be denied and your account will be debited for the full loan amount.

All eligible payday cash advance customer accounts that select extend loan/refinance upon submission of a first time loan request will automatically receive your “refinance” contract up to 2 (two) days prior to your due date (including all principal reductions requested included). You will receive an e-mail as a reminder and an e-mail including your Loan Agreement with instructions to e-sign (electronically sign) your loan agreement. All applicable extension/refinance charges will then be deducted from your bank account. Please contact your UCA CSR with any questions regarding payday cash advance extension/refinance requests.
