MISSOULA - An initiative to cap payday loan rates is on the ballot for the first time in Montanas history as over 27,000 voter signatures were collected to put I-164 on the election ballot.

WOOD RIVER - Police are searching for a woman suspected of robbing a "payday loan" business during lunch. The black female reportedly entered the Cash Store, 629 Wesley Ave, around 12:30 p.m. wearing all black, including a ski mask and sunglasses, and brandished a handgun and demanded money.
